ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 10(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28120 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days and the investigation in this case is pending.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 10(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28120 of 2024 dated 11.11.2024 is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30am., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
