Admittedly, the undertaking given by the respondent at the time of disposal of contempt case has not been obeyed, thereby committing further contempt of this Court.

Under the circumstances, this Sub Application is allowed and the Contempt Petition No.3861 of 2024, which was closed on 31.07.2025, is reopened.

The respondent is directed to appear in person before this Court and file a counter affidavit, if any, or an affidavit, if he so chooses, by 07.11.2025.

List the Contempt Petition on 07.11.2025, for appearance of the respondent.

Ms.Mytheriye Chandran, Special Government Pleader, who is assisting the learned Additional Advocate General, is directed to communicate this order to the respondent/contemner.
