Anu COMMON ORDER This petition has been filed to modify the condition 4(b) imposed on the petitioners in the bail order granted to the petitioners on 27.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.Nos.29668 and 29677 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.Nos.29668 and 29677 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on all working days at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 06.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station, Anna Nagar, Chennai.
