ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.27968 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 35 days. He would further submit that on completion of investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, but not taken on file. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27968 of 2024 on 08.11.2024 in 10(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam on 06.01.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
