This petition has been filed to accept the cause title, by impleading the legal heirs of the deceased Bishwarchand B.Tater, the first respondent in I.A.No.9198/2018 in O.S.No.4959/2015 before the Trial Court, as parties/respondents in the civil revision petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
