2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Application. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Hence, this Original Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the plaintiff to serve notice to the defendant in accordance with relevant provisions of law.

4. Post the matter before the Additional Master -IV on 11.01.2024 for recording evidence.
