Seeking to expedite the investigation in Crime No.92 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent-police and file a final report within a stipulated period of time, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.92 of 2024 is almost over and charge-sheet will be filed shortly. He further submitted that one of the accused was arrested and he was also released on bail.

3.
