This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 06.10.2025 has modified the bail condition to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18415 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18638 of 2025. He further submitted that in the said order, in paragraph No.3 in the third line, it is wrongly typed as "... the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks until further orders...." instead of ".... the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks ...". Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in paragraph No.3, third line, of the order dated 06.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.18415 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18638 of 2025, shall be substituted as K.RAJASEKAR J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18638 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 18638 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks until further orders.
