Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Ref:No:52(B.Sc.,(N)/GR.LTR-NC/2023 dated 28.06.2023 and impugned letter in Ref:No:6594/Stds. Admn/Gr-NC/2023 dated 08.12.2023 passed by the 2nd respondent Council quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to register 60 students allotted by the 3rd respondent under government seats and 17 management seats totally numbering 77 students for the academic year 2023-24 as per the letter of the 3rd respondent dated 29.11.2023 and rectify the website of the 1st respondent university with regard to the number of seat the petitioner college is entitled as 100 instead of 50 for the academic year 2023-24.
