CMP No.2741 and 2745 of 2024 in CRP No.704of 2023 V.SIVAGNANAM , J.

Both the petitions have been filed to i) to set aside the abatement caused to the death of the first respondent (Balakrishnan) and ii) to bring on record the proposed party viz., Shanmugavel, as the legal representative of the first respondent and rank him as respondent No.7 in the civil revision petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed along with the petitions, this court is inclined to allow the petitions.

3. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
