ORDER
The counsel for the parties fairly parties brought to the notice that the present revision arises out of dismissal of an application for condonation of delay in setting aside an exparte order in the Execution Petition, however, the decree itself has now been set aside and the suit is now posted for trial. In view thereof, nothing survives for further consideration in this Civil Revision.
2. The petitioner is at liberty to seek refund of the amounts attached and credited to the Execution Petition No.54 of 2022 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Tiruppathur by filing appropriate application.
3. With the above liberty, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
