2. Accordingly, the transfer petition is disposed of. HMOP.No.98 of 2024 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
