2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The FIR clearly indicate that the dispute is between two brothers in sharing the properties. It appears that there is a case in counter. Let the same Investigating Officer complete the investigation and file a final report. Considering the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to transfer to investigation
