ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the appeal dated 18.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that though this writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 18.08.2025, the appeal was originally filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer against the order passed by the respondent herein. However, the petitioner failed to implead the Revenue Divisional Officer as a party in this writ petition. It is seen that the appeal is very much pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Central Chennai District, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai.

4. In view of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Central Chennai District, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 18.08.2025, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned and affording an opportunity of hearing, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.

No costs.
