ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.432 of 2023, pending investigation on the file of 1st respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that a referred charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Udumalpet.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were directed to deposit some amount when they approached this Court seeking for anticipatory bail and accordingly, the amount has also been deposited to the credit of Cr.NO.432 of 2023. 2/4

5. In view of the fact that a referred charge sheet has been filed by the respondent Police, it is left open to the petitioners to file a memo before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court and seek for the refund of the amount deposited and the said memo shall be entertained and the petitioners shall be permitted to withdraw the amount.
