The above miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition.
2.This Court, by order dated 23.02.2026, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai, within ten days from the said date and further directed the Registry to post the matter today for reporting compliance.
3.Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditional order has been complied with and a Memo dated 09.03.2026, was also filed to that effect.
4.Recording the aforesaid Memo dated 09.03.2026 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 91 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
