ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 13.12.2023 passed in DIN : EFL/2223/G5d/ITR000479341843 and to further direct the respondent to process the Return of Income filed by the petitioner for the Assessment Year 2022-2023 vide acknowledgment Number 799940290111122 and to refund the tax due to the petitioner.

2. However, in the counter, the respondent has stated as under: With regard to averment in para 7 to 9 of the affidavit of the Petitioner, I state that the petitioner's grievance was duly considered by the CPC and the return filed by the petitioner was duly processed and a refund of Rs.3,13,630/- as was issued and credited to the petitioner's bank account on 29.12.2023. In view of the above the WP36160/2023 & WMP/36126/2023 may be treated as disposed/as closed.

3. In view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the same. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
