The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of A.S.No.21 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tiruvannamalai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 02.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tiruvannamalai to state as to how long he requires to dispose of A.S.No.21 of 2014.

3. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Tiruvannamalai has sent a report stating that the appellants/petitioners herein have presented an application in I.A.No.3 of 2024 to amend the appeal and the same has been posted for filing counter on 10.01.2025. The report further states that amendment to be carried out in the appeal after passing the order in the amendment application and respondents 5 to 11 have to be impleaded in the appeal and thereafter, summons have to be issued to the newly added respondents. Therefore, the learned Trial Judge requests six months time to dispose of the said appeal.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at 2/4

Tiruvannamalai to dispose of A.S.No.21 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
