378/1, Vedanthavadi Village, Kilpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District; to remove the unauthorised concrete house and cowshed constructed by the 2nd respondent herein in the Road comprised in Survey No.379, Vedanthavadi Village, Kilpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District leading to Arpakkam within a stipulated period which may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition was filed alleging inaction on the part of the first respondent in removing the encroachment.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondent who is alleged to have encroached upon the Government land submits that

earlier, notice was issued which was challenged before this Court and an order for removal of encroachment was passed by this Court, which was also assailed before this Court. Under the orders of the Court, the removal order was directed to be treated as show cause notice. The private respondent has filed his reply, whereafter again the order of removal has been passed.
