This petition is filed seeking leave to file the appeal against the order dated 14.9.2023 passed in W.P.No.27091 of 2023.

There are serious disputed questions of fact on the basis of the registered documents as well as on law. Hence, leave as prayed for is granted. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
