This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.7 of 2022, charge sheet has been filed in RCS.No.6 of 2024 on 05.02.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, before the trial court, after taking the charge sheet on file.
