COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent Police daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.30 p.m. for 30 days.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondent police registered a case against the petitioner in Crime Nos.204, 201 of 2025 and 1252 and 1305 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 305 and 304 of BNS Act, respectively and he was arrested on 12.08.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner was released on bail with one of the conditions that he should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of 30 days by an order dated 11.09.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner recently got married and he has complied with the above condition for 10 days without fail and hence, sought to modify the said condition.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police on every Monday once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
