ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) The petitioner herein is the mother of the minor girl, aged about 16 years. When her daughter had gone missing from 08.10.2024, the petitioner's husband gave a complaint on 10.10.2024 to the second respondent police, which was registered in Crime No.211 of 2024 under the caption "girl missing". Since the minor daughter could not traced within the reasonable period, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had produced the petitioner's minor daughter before us. The petitioner and her husband were also present. Since the petitioner's minor daughter was in the custody of her parents when she was secured and brought before us, and also taking account of the statement made by the parents that they intend to take their minor daughter under their care and protection, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. [M.S.R., J] [N.S., J] 19.03.2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet: Yes/No Anu To
