Criminal Original Petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the trial of the case in C.C.No.68 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam to be expedited and concluded within the period of time as may be deemed fit and necessary by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tindivanam to complete the trial in C.C.No.68 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
