C.M.P.No.29408 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.3711 of 2013 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By an order dated 23.01.2024, this court has directed the appellant to pay the court fee, failing which, appeal shall stand dismissed.

2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants stated that they have paid the court fee. In view of the same, the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal is directed to number the A.S.SR. and consequent P.O.P.No.52 of 2012, since the Court fee is already paid and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of numbering of the appeal.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
