ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.19324 of 2024 on 12.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Krishnagiri Police Station daily at 10:00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is completed and to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Vellore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.19324 of 2024 on 12.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - V, Vellore on 3rd January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Court.
