ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents herein to settle a sum of Rs.1,86,978/- towards 6% interest for the belated settlement of terminal benefits of Rs.17,80,213/- and to settle a sum of Rs.34,360/- with 6% interest towards Engineering and Medical College deposit amount and towards Social Security Scheme to the petitioner herein by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
