Respondents in all W.Ps Prayer in W.P.No.26918 of 2003: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent counselling for allotment of seats in Government Medical Colleges held on 17.9.2003 which was published in the internet on the same day and quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to increase the seats, by fully implementing the order passed in W.P.No.17703/2003 dated 4.8.2003 by this Hon'ble Court and consequentially allot a seat to the petitioner in one of the Government Medical Colleges in the state.
