Heard Mr. S.Prem Auxilian Raj, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.Nirmal Kumar, Learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed to restrain the Respondents from in any way disclosing any information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act' for short) in respect of the Company of the Petitioner without following the mandatory procedure prescribed under Section 11 of the Act.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the applications received under the Act seeking information in respect of the Company of the Petitioner have already been rejected and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 4/7
