The petitioner is A3 in Crime No.466 of 2023 registered under Sections 4(1)(aaa) r/w 4(1-A), 14A of TNP Act.

2.It is stated that the respondent were inspecting the vehicle at Thindivanam and inspected one Mahindra Xylo Car bearing Registration No.TN 19 J 8536 on 04.11.2023 and found that it was transporting 3939 brandy bottles of 180 ml and 192 brandy bottles of 90 ml and 20 litres of ID arrack. It is also stated that A1 and A2 had been arrested and released on bail and the petitioner herein is working in a wine shop at Puducherry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner however stated that the petitioner is innocent of the offences and prayed for grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioner.

4.The earlier application seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26772 of 2023 on 27.11.2023. It is stated that the identity of the petitioner have been specifically verified and the respondent had stated that it is this petitioner who was involved in the offence. 5.The petitioner is working in a liquor shop at Puducherry and therefore, had access to the liquor bottles and supplied them to A1 and A2. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
