Mr.Ramanlaal, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.T.Arunkumar, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that in pursuance to the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.11, Highways and Minor Ports (HF2) Department dated 21.01.2025, the Government deposited a sum of Rs.4,22,45,974/- (Rupees

Four Crores Twenty Two Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Four only) into the credit of the contempt petition No.1439 of 2024 and in favor of the Registrar General, High Court of Madras. The respondents viz., 1) Vummudi Ethiraj and 2) Vummudi Udaya Kumar in the LPA proceedings are permitted to withdraw the deposit amount by establishing their identity through documents and by completing formalities before the Registrar General, High Court of Madras. The Registrar General, High Court of Madras is directed to verify the genuinity of the beneficiaries and disburse the deposit amount within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, both the Letters Patent Appeal stand disposed of.
