By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider his representation dated 01.12.2024.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased 2250 sq.feet of land out of 4500 Sq.feet in Survey No.316/29, Avinashi Taluk, Tirupur. There is an electric pole in the middle of his property causing hindrance to construct his house. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents seeking shifting of the electric pole from the petitioner's property to nearby common pathway. The said representation was submitted on 01.12.2024. Till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4 Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent, Mr.G.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 2nd respondent and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel (TNEB) takes notice for the respondents 3 and 4.

5. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner is the 4th respondent.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.12.2024 and pass final orders on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and one Arunachalam Nadar whose name is mentioned in the representation. 3/5

7. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
