This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.06.2023.

On perusal of records revealed that the petitioner already lodged complaint and he was issued with C.S.R., and after conducting

due enquiry, the same was closed. Once again, the petitioner for the very same set of allegations filed the present representation. Therefore, no direction can be issued in this writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned jurisdictional Court in accordance with law, if so advised.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
