This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 16.11.2023, passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.7822/2023/A4, under Section 107 of Cr.P.C.

It is seen that the time prescribed under Section 107 of Cr.P.C., has already been expired and hence prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition for further adjudication.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
