(Order of the Court was made by R.Subramanian J.) We do not see any reason for permitting the petitioner to seek a clarification. The UGC regulations were put in place in 2018 and the petitioners admittedly joined the course in 2018 based upon a stay order obtained by the University. While passing final orders in the said writ petition, we have held that the writ petition will stand dismissed.
