This petition is filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, Mr.N.K.Ponraj, learned counsel for respondent 1 and Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate for respondents 2 and 3.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no objections in condoning the delay, the delay of 48 days in filing the writ appeal stands condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
