This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025 and to conduct enquiry and to cancel the new Patta No.1021 dated 31.03.2022.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and respondents 4 to 8 and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
