This Petition has been filed to delete the name of the petitioner/1st respondent viz., The Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 from the cause title in the Writ Petition.

2. In the Writ Petition filed challenging the surcharge order passed by the 2nd respondent, the presence of Registrar of Co-operative Societies is unessential. Hence, this WMP is allowed and the name of the petitioner/1st Respondent viz., The Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Kilpauk, Chennai is deleted from the cause list.
