Prayer :
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the 5th respondent in No.5 / 2014 dated 29.10.2014 (year wrongly mentioned as 2014 instead of 2024) pertaining to the dismissal of petitioner as Clerk and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction, since the impugned order of the 5th respondent has been made in gross violation of the principles of natural justice and bylaw No 30 (1)(a); and No.
30 (4) (k) and (l) the Special Bylaws relating to Service Conditions of Employees of 5th Respondent society, patently perverse and that the impugned dismissal order has its basis on the domestic enquiry, disciplinary proceedings commenced and conducted without paying full subsistence allowance to the delinquent petitioner; consequently direct the 3rd to 5th respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the service along with back wages and all attendant monetary and service benefits. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings of the 5th respondent in No.5 / 2014 dated 29.10.2014 (year wrongly mentioned as 2014 instead of 2024) pertaining to the dismissal of petitioner as Clerk since the impugned order of the 5th respondent has been made in gross violation of the principles of natural justice and bylaw No 30 (1)(a); and No. 30 (4) (k) and
(l) the Special Bylaws relating to Service Conditions of Employees of 5th Respondent society, patently perverse and that the impugned dismissal order has its basis on the domestic enquiry, disciplinary proceedings commenced and conducted without paying full subsistence allowance to the delinquent petitioner and consequently to direct the 3rd to 5th respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the service along with back wages and all attendant monetary and service benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
