This petition is filed to condone the delay of 562 days in filing the second appeal in S.A.SR.No.165259 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have raised formal objection for allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is ordered and delay of 562 days in filing the above appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authourity, Chennai, is to be paid by the petitioners, on or before 20.01.2025.

5. Registry is directed to number the above second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the second appeal on 20.01.2025.
