ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application seeking impleadment has been filed by the applicant, Desiya Makkal Sakthi Katchi, which is a registered political party in the State of Tamil Nadu, as respondent in W.P.Crl.No.884 of 2025 (which was later on re-registered as public interest litigation in W.P.No.43333 of 2025, vide order dated 27.10.2025).

3. Taking into consideration the nature of issue involved in this case, the application is considered and allowed. The applicant Desiya Makkal Sakthi Katchi is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.4 in W.P.No.43333 of 2025.

4. The Registry is directed to incorporate necessary amendment in the writ petition.
