This petition is filed to condone the delay of 270 days in filing the C.M.A.SR.No.165268 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Ms.A.Salomi, the learned counsel appeared on behalf of the second respondent.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned, subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period, and the petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.A.Salomi, as the learned counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission.
