This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 302 of IPC instead of 302 of IPC r/w 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, in the above Crl.O.P.No.28506 of 2023.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.28506 of 2023 and list the same on 12.01.2024.
