This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the impugned termination notice dated 20.11.2024 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition has become infructuous, since the Central Government has 2/5

released 13% of bank guarantee.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
