have rejoined. The learned counsel for the respondent / husband states that he will withdraw H.M.O.P.No.4098 of 2023 on 21.09.2024.

3. Recording the undertaking that the respondent will withdraw the proceedings and since the parties are living together, further orders are not necessary in the transfer petition.
