the records relating to the impugned order in O.A.No.1972 of 2014 dated 16.10.2023 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench and quash the same and to issue consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to admit the application of the petitioner / applicant for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher 2013 without reference to the upper age limit and her marks secured in AP TET Exam by issuing appropriate orders granting relaxation of the relevant Rules to the said effect and appoint her to the post TGT (Telugu) for the year 2013 and to grant her all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing any of the grounds raised in this Writ Petition, challenging the order of the Tribunal, and that he would be satisfied if his representation dated 15.11.2021 given to the respondents herein may be dircted to be considered.

2.Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2021, on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
