Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing any of the grounds raised in this Writ Petition, challenging the order of the Tribunal, and that he would be satisfied if his representation dated 15.11.2021 given to the respondents herein may be dircted to be considered.

2.Recording the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.11.2021, on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
