This Application has been filed to extend the term of the Arbitration Proceedings between the Applicant and Respondents before the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator, by a period of six months from 14.11.2024.
2. Heard learned counsel Mr.S.Rajendrakumar, appearing for the Applicant and Mr.R.Harishankar, learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Considering the above submission, this Application is allowed and this Court hereby extend the term of the Arbitration Proceedings between the Applicant and Respondents before the Arbitral Tribunal comprising of the Sole Arbitrator, by a period of six months from 14.11.2024.
