ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Cr.No.11 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2.Though the parties have appeared before this Court to compromise for quashment of the FIR in Cr.No.11 of 2025 for the alleged offences under Sections 78 of BNS, 2023, 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report is filed and the same is taken on file in SR.No.21102 of 2025 on the file of the learned IX Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet.

3. Such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the final report on the ground of compromise. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
