ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to rectify the names of the petitioner's father, the petitioner and his sisters in Patta No.773, Pattukonampatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk and to issue a corrected patta reflecting their names.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 10.06.2024, seeking rectification of the names in Patta No.773 relating to the land comprised in S.No.118/3A, Pattukonampatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed

of. No costs.
