When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, in C.C.No.1540 of 2025. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he so desires.
